Meeting Your Goals
In order to help you meet your personal fitness goals we will periodically monitor and record your weight and measurements. You will be able to see the results side by side in order to see exactly where and how much you have lost. We also offer body fat analysis and we will be happy to monitor your blood pressure as often as you would like. All of this information can be sent to your physician at any time on your request.
There are currently Club 50 Fitness Centers located in 20 other states across the country which you can work out at when you are in visiting in those areas. Just ask us about a guest pass.
Equipment
All members are fully coached in proper use of all equipment used in the complete circuit training fitness program by trained professionals. Our low-impact HRT equipment accommodates any level of fitness with 6 different levels of resistance.
