I joined Club 50 after the 3rd year that my cholesterol inched higher. My doctor advised that I exercise 4 times a week for a half hour. However, I exercised for an hour 3-4 times a week and not only did my cholesterol get back to normal but I felt more energetic and lost some weight too. This was great since my high school reunion was coming up and I wanted to look "in shape.".

Exercise has been the best thing for me mentally and physically. The days I am tired or stressed I have learned to let it go with exercising and feel so much better after I leave. I have maintained my weight for 4 years due to coming here or just exercising. Everyone here is friendly including the staff..
